Statutory Benefits Overview

Statutory Benefits are payments or entitlements stipulated in law to provide a level of cover for employees who meet certain criteria.

It is important to note that not all employees are entitled to every Statutory Benefit. Circumstances such as earnings, dates of employment and working dates may affect an employee’s entitlement.
