With 35+ years of commercial and retail experience, Steve oversees complete service provision, ensuring excellence in payroll and pension services. His financial and management accountancy expertise adds tangible value to your business. Steve manages client implementations, migrations, and provides technical consultancy to clients and the payroll team. He’s a Full Member of The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals. Outside work, Steve holds Treasurer roles for local charities and enjoys fast motorbikes and alternative 1980’s music.

Tracy joined Cox & Co. in 2010, bringing 27 years of experience in ERP implementation, industrial engineering, and project management across various sectors.

As the Commercial Director, and Chartered Manager she leads innovative strategies and fosters a skilled payroll team. Tracy holds multiple professional memberships and awards, including ‘Payroll Manager of the Year 2024‘ and the ‘Spotlight of Industry 2023‘ award. She is also involved in industry associations and apprenticeship development. Tracy is a Full Member of both the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals and the Chartered Management Institute. She is currently engaged in Level 4 Business Analyst studies. Beyond her professional pursuits, Tracy has a keen interest in WWII social history and enjoys exploring new destinations through travel.

Graham started his payroll career in 1972 and has just celebrated his 50th year in the industry. Joining our payroll team in 2019, Graham has consistently been a pillar of strength to clients and the team.  Fast, accurate processing comes to mind when thinking of Graham.  He’s a super hero of client management and payroll delivery.

Graham is an Associate Member of The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals and featured in the ‘Spotlight On…” Oct 2023 ‘Professional’ Magazine showcasing luminaries in the payroll industry.

Andrea, a payroll team member at Cox & Co. since March 2021, is a polyglot with proficiency in 5 languages. She plays a key role in expanding the payroll and pension Knowledge Centre and facilitates multilingual helpdesk support for our clients’ employees. Andrea handles weekly and monthly payrolls, particularly excelling with manufacturing and restaurant clients. She holds a Certificate of Payroll Management and is an Associate Member of The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals.

Bella’s dedication to improving employee payroll and pension knowledge has earned her finalist status in the Global Payroll Association’s “Payroll Student of the Year Award 2023“ and shortlisting for The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals’ “Bright Beginnings 2023” award. She focuses on client success, collaborating with payroll contacts to enhance solutions, increase efficiency, and promote employee satisfaction.

Demonstrating exceptional skills, Bella has completed her Level 3 Payroll Apprenticeship with a Distinction and is now embarking on the Level 5 Payroll Manager program. She is an Associate member of The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals and holds a First Class Honours Degree in Psychology, plus a keen violinist.

Megan oversees the operational functions of the bureau, including payroll scheduling, management of the bureau’s ePayroll services and delivery of client BACS payment services.

Megan is a ‘go-to’ point for both the Cox & Co. team and our clients.  She sets impeccable standards across the business and ensures all team members, clients and their employees have the right tools to perform at their very best.

Megan holds an Associate Membership with The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals and is currently pursuing studies in Level 4 Data Analysis.

Daniel, who joined Cox & Co. right after 6th form college, studied Game Design and Game Art at Access Creative College Bristol. He has been a key contributor to customer success initiatives, creating instructional videos, expanding employee helpdesk functions, and managing payroll. His talents and technical skills earned him the title of ‘Payroll Student of the Year 2023‘ from the Global Payroll Association and made him a finalist for The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professional’s ‘Bright Beginnings 2023‘ Award. Daniel also promoted apprenticeships on the international podcast ‘Humans in Payroll‘ with The Global Payroll Association.

He is an Associate Member of The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals and has successfully completed the Level 3 Payroll Apprenticeship.  Daniel spends his free-time creating game art in Blender and Z Brush –  Plus holds a Drone licence. 

In 2023, Lucy became a dynamic addition to the Cox & Co family. Her vibrant energy and innovative contributions enhance our payroll and pension services. As a Payroll & Pension Technician, Lucy’s commitment to excellence has led to the expansion of our website’s Knowledge Centre and YouTube Channel. Her future specialisation will focus on pension delivery, further boosting our offerings.

Lucy is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals and is currently embarking on her Level 3 Payroll Apprenticeship journey.

We are thrilled to welcome Phoebe, our newest recruit who joined us in July 2024 as a Payroll Technician. Having completed A’ Levels in Business Studies, Economics, and Advanced Core Maths, Phoebe has chosen to embark on a prestigious career as a payroll professional. Her decision reflects a keen insight into the vital role that payroll and pensions play in business operations.

Phoebe will be learning and growing with our distinguished team of award-winning payroll experts and will commence her formal Level 3 Payroll Apprenticeship in January 2025. We are excited to see her contributions and development within our team.
