Cox & Co. is not a faceless payroll bureau - we work in partnership with our clients to develop an area of their business that is often overlooked.

Steve Cox

With over 26 years of commercial and retail experience, Steve is MD of Cox & Co. and responsible for complete service provision and delivery of excellence. His financial and management accountancy expertise ensures all clients are provided with a bespoke and integrated service that echoes the needs of their particular sector and industry.

Outside of work, Steve has numerous Treasurer roles under his belt for local charities and has a passion for fast motorbikes and alternative 1980’s music.

Tracy Jerram

Tracy joined Cox & Co. in 2010 and brings with her 27 years of IT, industrial engineering and project management experience from across the manufacturing, education and voluntary sectors. Her role as Business Development Manager ensures Cox & Co. continues to grow and move forward in a planned and achievable approach.

Outside of work, Tracy has recently studied BA(Hons) Voluntary Sector Studies, has a passion for WWII social history and travel.
